On January 14, 2017 Richard Marshack and colleague Richard Heston will present the Debtor and Creditor Rights in Bankruptcy Proceedings at the Last Dash Continuing Education Program sponsored by the Orange County Bar Association at Whittier College of Law. Richard Marshack is a regular presenter at the OC Bar Association and has given this presentation each year for the last 6 years.
