We are happy to announce that Tinho Mang is now Senior Counsel at Marshack Hays Wood LLP. Since joining the firm in 2018, Tinho has demonstrated exceptional skill and leadership in handling complex bankruptcy and creditor rights matters. He has represented trustees, creditors, debtors, and avoidance action defendants in high-stakes Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases throughout California, earning a strong reputation for achieving significant results, including multi-million-dollar property sales and recoveries, and prevailing in both bench trials and appellate matters.
Tinho is also active in the legal community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum and regularly contributing to bankruptcy publications and speaking engagements.
