With more than 20 years of experience in bankruptcy law and litigation, Aaron brings a depth of expertise that will greatly enhance our firm’s capabilities. He has built an impressive career representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in complex bankruptcy matters, particularly in Chapter 11 reorganization cases. Aaron’s vast knowledge of both federal and state courts, coupled with his skill in guiding creditors through collection actions and judgment remedies, will be a tremendous asset to our clients.
Aaron’s leadership in the legal community is equally noteworthy. He has served as both a Chair and current advisor of the Insolvency Law Committee for the Business Law Section of the California Lawyer’s Association. He has also chaired the Bankruptcy Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. His peers have repeatedly recognized his contributions to the field, selecting him as a “Super Lawyer,” a testament to his outstanding work and reputation.
