Chanel Mendoza is a seasoned litigation and bankruptcy Senior Paralegal. She obtained her Legal Secretary Certificate from Watterson College in 1992. She has more than twenty years of law-related experience comprising of workers’ compensation, personal injury, business litigation, employment law, and bankruptcy, all while working under the direct supervision of active members of the California State Bar. Ms. Mendoza has also worked fourteen of those years under the direction and supervision of Marshack Hays LLP’s founding partner, D. Edward Hays. Ms. Mendoza has federal and state court experience, including extensive trial and appellate knowledge.

Ms. Mendoza is a former Board Member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries and a current member of the National Notary Association and Orange County Legal Secretaries Association.
