Bradford Barnhardt is an associate attorney at Marshack Hays Wood. Before joining the firm, he completed a two-year judicial law clerkship for the Honorable Sandra R. Klein at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Los Angeles. Brad graduated with honors and Order of the Coif (top 10%) from Emory University School of Law and served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in English and mathematics from the University of Missouri and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa during his junior year.
