At the request of the Orange County Bar Association, Richard Marshack presented a lecture on “Bankruptcy Law for the Non-Bankruptcy Attorneys” on January 16, 2016. This presentation was at Whittier School of Law and is the 6th year in a row that Mr. Marshack has given this presentation. Each year he has presented with another member of the Bar. For four of those years Ed Hays was the other lecturer.
