The hardest debts to discharge in bankruptcy—taxes, student loans, etc.—are the topic of a dinner program on July 17, 2012 hosted by the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum (IEBF); and D. Edward Hays will be among the IEBF speakers on a distinguished panel.

The program, entitled “Nondischargeability II: Taxes, Student Loans, and Other Hard to Gets will take place on July 17, 2012, beginning with cocktails at 6:00 p.m. at the Mission Inn, in Riverside, California. This IEBF program features the Honorable Mark Houle, Robert P. Goe, Lorene Lynn Mies along with our own D. Edward Hays.

Ed Hays is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and litigation topics including bankruptcy discharge issues and other matters that cross the divide between federal and state courts.  He has actively litigated matters in federal and state courts and has handled bankruptcy adversary proceedings—including non-dischargeability cases—for over 19 years.  Earlier this year, Ed was selected for inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers 2012.

Our focus at Marshack Hays LLP is always on achieving client-driven results in the bankruptcy, reorganization and litigation matters that we handle.
